Responsible for handling a wide-ranging business portfolio for Russia’s Crocus Group, Ike Kaveladze oversees commercial and residential real estate as well as international project structuring as Vice President for the company. Mr. Kaveladze’s day-to-day duties include the oversight of architects, designers, and engineers involved in Crocus Group’s projects in Russia, as well as negotiation with Chinese construction firms involved with company projects. During his five-year tenure, Ike Kaveladze has helped Crocus Group refinance a $550 million loan portfolio at a significantly lower rate. By completing the refinance, the company created a direct savings of $20 million per year. Recognized as a top asset in the company’s success, Mr. Kaveladze was promoted from a position as an analyst to Senior Vice President in just five years. Currently, Ike Kaveladze assists in the development of Far Eastern Federal University and several projects located in the Russian cities of Novosibirsk and Yekaterinburg, as well as the growth and planning of Russian hardware superstore TVOY DOM. Mr. Kaveladze possesses a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Haven in Connecticut. As an undergraduate, he attended the Moscow Academy of Finance in Russia. In his leisure time, Ike Kaveladze enjoys relaxing by playing soccer and practicing photography. He keeps involved in both the U.S. and Russian business communities by maintaining membership in the U.S.-Russia Business Council and the America-Georgia Business Council.
